Jackson’s Story
Jackson, a healthy and active high school football player, faced a life-changing diagnosis in 2025 after subtle symptoms revealed a brain tumor. Within days, he underwent two surgeries, followed by serious complications that impacted his speech, vision, and mobility. Diagnosed with a Juvenile Pilocytic Astrocytoma (JPA), a non-cancerous tumor affecting his brain, Jackson spent weeks in the hospital and intensive rehabilitation. His journey reflects the sudden challenges families can face and the strength, resilience, hope, determination, and support needed to navigate recovery and rebuild life forward, inspiring others, raising awareness, and reminding us all of the power of courage, community, and unwavering perseverance.
